摘要
为了探讨PCBN 刀具的切削性能,制定出PCBN 刀具切削淬硬轴承钢的最佳切削规范,对不同切削速度、进给量及材料硬度下的切削温度的变化规律进行了试验,得出当加工硬度高于50 HRC时的材料时,选择0.25 m m以上的切削深度有利于降低切削温度,提高刀具寿命。附图4幅,表2个。
In order to research the cutting properties of the PCBN tool, the optimum cutting specification for PCBN tool to cut hardening bearing steel has been formulated. Under the conditions of different cutting speed, feeding amount and material hardness, the test to varying regularity of cutting temperature has been made. The obtained results is that, when processed, material hardness is highher than 50HRC, selecting 0.25 mm or over 0.25 mm cuttind depth is benefit to decrease cutting temperature and to increase tool life
