摘要
传统逆变器采用工频变压器及模拟控制,导致系统体积大、转换效率低、设计复杂、可靠性差;针对这些缺陷,本文研制了一款基于高频链结构的纯正弦波输出逆变电源,该逆变电源采用数字PI控制,具有过温、过压、欠压等监控保护电路。样机测试结果表明,该逆变电源输出电压稳定,基本无稳态误差,具有体积小、重量轻、可靠性高等优点,非常适用于对输出波形质量要求较高的场合。
Traditional inverters have various disadvantages,e.g.a bulk volume,low efficiency,complexity of design,and poor reliability.A sine inverter with a high-frequency link,which reduces volume,cost and increases the inverter efficiency,has been designed to overcome those shortcomings.This inverter uses the digital PI control strategy,and has supervisory circuits for overheating and voltage.Experimental results show that the inverter has a stable output voltage with high reliability.It is very suitable for high quality output voltage occasions.
