含氟吲哚吡喃类手性潜体化合物的合成研究

摘要 报道了一条新化合物4-溴-5-氟-7-甲基吲哚吡喃的合成路线,通过合成尝试取得了比较理想的结果,是一条适合于工业化生产的合成路线。 A synthesis route for preparing 4-brom-5-fluoro-indolepyran was described in this paper.We have obtained a good result for synthesis of the title compound,which could serve as a better synthesis route for commercial production.
