摘要
以纳米ZnO为催化剂,通过尿素的乙二醇醇解反应合成碳酸乙烯酯,实验表明:在常压下,尿素与干燥的乙二醇比例为1∶1,150℃反应8h,碳酸乙烯酯的产率为90.9%。再以碳酸乙烯酯和芳胺为原料,在Na-Y分子筛和K2CO3催化下,DMF为溶剂,回流反应3h,合成标题化合物,产率50%~85%,并利用元素分析、1HNMR、13CNMR、IR对目标化合物进行了表征。
Ethylene carbonate(EC)was synthesized via the alcoholysis reaction of urea with ethylene glycol in the presence of nano ZnO catalysts.It was demonstrated that 90.9% of EC yield could be reached at 150 ℃ during alcoholysis of urea with EG for 8 hours under atmospheric pressure,with the most appropriate mole ratio of urea/EG equating to 1.0.Using Na-Y zeolite and K2CO3 as the catalysts,N-aryl-2-oxazolidinone derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of aryl amine and ethylene carbonate in DMF under refluxing for 3 h to achieve a product yield of 50%~85%.The structures of target compounds were identified by elemental analy-sis,1HNMR,13CNMR and IR spectroscopies.
