摘要
以离子液体[Bmim]BF4为溶剂,以6-氯嘌呤类物质和氟化钾为原料合成了6种6-氟嘌呤类物质,微波可以将反应时间从几十个小时缩短至10min,收率高,后处理简便。探讨了反应条件对反应的影响。产物结构经1HNMR和13CNMR确认。
The microwave-assisted facile synthesis of 6-fluoropurine derivatives with KF catalyzed by triethylamine in the [Bmim]BF4 ionic liquid solvent was described.The microwave irradiation can shorten the reaction time from tens of hours to ten minutes.The products were obtained in high yields with easy work-up.The structure of products was confirmed by ^1HNMR and ^13CNMR.
