中国知识密集型企业内部冲突行为激励型动因研究

摘要 本文采用数理统计的实证研究方法,建立计量模型对知识密集型服务业(简称KIBS)内部冲突行为产生的激励型动因进行研究。结果表明,KIBS企业内部报酬体系的稳定性对冲突行为抑制作用明显;内部人权力获得途径与冲突水平具有较强相关性;升迁与加薪过程中的"寻租行为"和"机会主义"激化了冲突行为,并与企业内部激励制度相容性有关;沟通机制在短期与个别事件上作用明显,但在企业内部制度环境恶化的情况下作用有限。 The paper, with a mathematical statistics method, built a measuring model to research the reason of internal conflicts of KIBS. The research emphasizes the motive style impetuses model (MSIM). The result shows that the stability of reward system constrains conflict behavior very well. The means of empowerment by the interior is correlated with conflict state. Opportunism and rent-seeking behavior during the promotion produce more conflicts. This shows that the institution construction is very important. In short term, for single conflict behavior, the communication is effective. However, the corrupted institution will make the communication system fail.
