摘要
应用催化氧化燃烧技术处理环氧酚醛玻璃布板上胶烘干尾气,并在该净化系统运行2年后对处理效果进行了评价。该工艺尾气中甲苯是典型污染物,净化系统对VOCs(挥发性有机污染物)的去除率为90.8%,净化后尾气中VOCs的大气光化学反应活性下降了90.3%,处理后的尾气甲苯浓度远低于GB 16297-1996的排放限值。
Catalytic combustion technology was applied to treat the exhaust gas in the sizing and drying process of epoxy phenol aldehyde glass cloth laminated board.The efficiency of an exhaust gas cleaning system based on the catalytic combustion technology was assessed after its two year's operation.The methylbenzene in the exhaust gas is a typical kind of VOCs(volatile organic compounds).With the cleaning system,the removing rate of VOCs achieves 90.8%;the reactivity of VOCs is reduced by 90.3%.The methylbenzene concentration in the treated exhaust gas is far lower than the pollutant emission limit value in GB16297-1996.
