臭牡丹挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的:研究臭牡丹不同部位的挥发油成分。方法:用水蒸汽蒸馏法分别提取臭牡丹叶和花的挥发油,通过GC-MS分析方法对这两个部位挥发油的化学成分进行对比研究,并用面积归一化法获得各化合物的相对质量分数。结果:从臭牡丹花挥发油中鉴定了28个化合物,主要成分为棕榈酸(29.52%)、亚油酸(15.26%)、二十七烷(9.27%)和叶绿醇(8.99%);从臭牡丹叶挥发油中确定了20个化合物,含量最多的为叶绿醇(32.79%),其次为芳樟醇(5.95%)。该植物花和叶部位共测定出5个相同的化合物,分别为芳樟醇、α-松油醇、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、棕榈酸和叶绿醇。结论:臭牡丹的挥发油成分中含有大量具有明显生物活性的挥发油成分,可为综合开发利用臭牡丹提供科学依据。 Objective:to study and detect volatile oil compounds in different parts of Clerodendrum Bungei.Methods:the volatile oil from the flowers and leaves of Clerodendrum bungei was obtained by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The relative contents were determined by area normalization.Results:28 compounds were identified from the leaves volatile oil,in which the major constituents were palmitic acid(29.52%),linoleic acid(15.26%),heptacosane(9.27%)and phytol(8.99%).For the flowers volatile oil,20 compounds were identified,and the major component was phytol(32.79%),followed by linalool(5.95%).5 compounds were found in both flowers and leaves volatile oil,including linalool,α-terpinol,Diisobutyl phthalate,palmitic acid and phytol.Conclusion:The chemical and scientific basis was exposed and provided for the comprehensive utilization of Clerodendrum bungei.
