摘要
本文采用BAXTER方法首次根据空间啮合原理和弹性力学理论考虑齿廓点接触区变形,它着重说明收缩齿制螺旋锥齿轮副弹性失配点啮合的性能和齿接触迹的予控。
According to spatial meshing principle and theory of elastic mechanics and taking contact deformation of tooth surface into consideration, this paper applies the BAXTER method to the field of point meshing for the first time. It illustrates emphatically the performance of spiral bevel gear pair with of the reductiv etooth system elastic mismatched point meshing and the pre control of tooth contact mark, and offers a new approach to control and improve the quality of tooth surface contact.
