摘要 氮和磷是污染水体治理与修复中人们比较关注的两种营养元素,而脲酶和磷酸酶的活性与氮和磷在水体中的转换具有很大的相关性。脲酶和磷酸酶的监测对分析水体中氮磷污染物的转化过程、解析水体富营养化机理、缓减水体藻华暴发以及污水生态净化系统的优化构建和运行具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。综述了脲酶和磷酸酶的一般监测方法以及污染水体治理过程中脲酶和磷酸酶的相关研究及其应用。 The level of nitrogen and phosphorus has been gaining importance in treating polluted water body. The activities of urease and phosphatase are greatly related with the conversion of nitrogen and phosphorus in the polluted water bodies. Therefore,the monitoring and application of urease and phosphatase in remediation of Pol-luted Water Body were reviewed,which was of important theoretical and practical significances in analyzing the conversion of nitrogen and phosphorus,elucidating eutrophication mechanism,alleviating algal bloom and optimizing the construction and operation of ecological purifying systems.
