摘要
通过对现代车间生产活动控制的功能、目标和现代车间制造系统基本特征的考察、分析,揭示了现代车间控制的根本矛盾,提出了面向状态的车间控制策略和方法,针对数控加工车间设计了面向状态的控制模型并进行了应用研究。
By analyzing the function and goal of production activity control (PAC) and the characteristics of manufacturing environment at the lowest operational level, this paper points out the ultimate conflicting in model shop floor control (SFC), and presents the strategy, method and application of states\|oriented shop floor control.\;
