摘要
提出了步进驱动系统的最少拍闭环控制方法,开发出基于该方法的新型闭环步进位置控制系统。该系统既具有全闭环系统的控制精度,又具有开环系统的稳定性,并且具有很广的适用范围,可对多种类型的数控机床实现以低成本、高精度、高稳定性和优良的动态性能为特征的全闭环位置控制。该系统已在数十台国产数控机床上进行了应用,在复杂精密零件加工方面取得良好效果。
The least\|beat closed loop control method for stepping driving system is presented and the new stepping position control system based on that method is developed.This system possesses not only the control precision of the closed loop systems,but also the stability of the open loop systems.Besides,is has a wide application domain.So the closed loop control of variant NC machine tools can be implemented with the features of low cost,high accuracy,high stability,and excellent dynamic performance.This system has been used on several tens of NC machine tools and very good results have been obtained in the machining of complex precision parts.\;
