在双边关系持续较长时期低迷后,美俄根据各自需要调整了对对方的政策,相互关系迅速转暖回升,合作、协调显著增强。但两国结构性和深层次矛盾和分歧没有完全消除,难以建立实质性的合作伙伴关系。

The U.S.-Russia relations have witnessed warm renewal since the both sides adopted a series of policies to'reset'the bilateral ties.Increasing cooperation and coordination is expected to lead this relation into the best time since the later period of Boris Yeltsin administration.However, without a fundamental change of structural and in-depth problems,building a substantial cooperative partnership will be no easy task.
