摘要
通过试验研究考察了FRMAXTM沥青阻燃剂与EC120EC-120温拌沥青改性剂制备阻燃温拌沥青与制备阻燃温拌沥青混合料技术集成的可行性。试验结果表明:其中采用阻燃剂和温拌剂复合干法改性生产的阻燃温拌沥青混合料在路用性能和阻燃性能得以改善的同时,混合料的拌合施工温度可明显降低,有着显著的节能减排和改善施工环境的功效,在未来的隧道沥青铺面施工中大有可为。
The feasibility of preparing flame-retardant warm-mix asphalt and flame-retardant warm-mix asphalt mixture by adding FRMAXTM flame retardant agent and EC120 warm mix agent is studied.The test results indicate that the pavement performance and flame resistance of the flame-retardant warm-mix asphalt mixture prepared by dry mixing of the flame retardant agent and warm mix agent are improved and the mixing temperature of the mixture is dramatically descended.With significant virtues in energy saving,emission reducing and construction environment improving,the flame-retardant warm-mix asphalt mixture will be widely used in tunnel pavements in the future.
