摘要
制备了一系列黏度0.1501.800 Pa.s,氨值0.2000.596 mmol/g,折光率nd^20 1.656 71.668 5,水溶性良好的亮黄色透明液体——聚醚改性氨基硅(SPEAS)。合成较佳工艺条件为:反应温度60100℃,反应时间48 h。采用FTIR,^1HNMR和TEM对有关产物和乳液进行了结构分析,结果表明,质量分数为2.0%的SPEAS水溶液粒径大小有差别。经其整理的棉布弯曲刚度减小(柔软性增强),折皱回复角增大,静态吸水时间降至1.48 s。
The water-soluble polyether-containing aminopolysiloxane(SPEAS) was synthesized.Its viscosity,amino value and nd^20 were 0.150~1.800 Pa·s,0.200~0.596 mmol/g and 1.656 7~1.668 5.The optimum conditions were reaction temperature 60~100 ℃,reaction time 4~8 h.Then the structures and properties of the samples were analyzed by FTIR,1HNMR and TEM.Experimental results showed that the size of the particles of such aqueous dispersions at 2.0% were different.The bending rigidity of the treated fabric decreased(the soft hand-feeling enhanced),its wrinkle recovery angle increased and static water Absorption time downed to 1.48 s.
