摘要
为实现城市快速路交通拥挤的及时消散,研究城市快速路系统拥挤疏散控制方法。该方法以控制区域内输入车辆数的变化及各入口匝道相连辅路排队长度的变化为研究对象,确定控制区域内入口匝道各自的调节率。通过实例验证了方法的可行性。结果表明:该方法可以缓解城市快速路主路的交通拥挤状况,而且避免了辅路因排队过长而造成的阻塞现象,实现了城市快速路主路及其相连辅路交通状况的改善。该成果可在交通工程实践中为缓解或消除城市快速路交通拥堵提供良好的解决对策。
In order to alleviate traffic congestion of urban expressway in time, a coordinated control method is proposed for dissipating traffic congestion of urban expressway system. In the model, a utility function is developed, which defines the change rate of inbound vehicle numbers in congestion area upstream and the change rate of the queue on the road. The optimal metering rate of all entrance ramps in the control area can be obtained. A case study demonstrates the feasibility of proposed methods. The result shows that dissipating strategy not only alleviates traffic congestion on main urban expressway, but also avoids the blockage of streets due to serious queue.
