摘要
根据阜新地区的自燃煤矸石、粉煤灰两种工业废渣的特性,使用均匀设计理论设计试验方案,配制绿色混凝土空心砌块12组。根据检测结果、耐久性、经济性的要求,5^#混凝土空心砌块的配方为最佳配合比,工业废渣掺入量超过40%。使用SPSS软件进行回归分析,得到抗压强度方程,证明该配方具有较高的可靠性。利用BP网络预测了绿色混凝土空心砌块抗压强度,预测结果与试验结果基本吻合。所得最佳配方具有良好的推广前景。
In cconsidering the characteristics of self-ignition gangue and fly ash in Fuxin, an experiment scheme was designed based on the theory of uniform design. In the experiment, there were 12 groups of green concrete hollow blocks prepared. According to test results, durability and economics, 5^# was considered as optimum due to its high compression strength and durability and more than 40% of industrial waste used. A regression analysis with SPSS software was conducted to obtain an equation of compression strength, which proved that the mixed proportion has high reliability. Also, compression strength of concrete hollow block made from self-ignition gangue and fly ash was successfully forecasted by BP network, and the forecast result is consistent with experimental results. The proportion of mixture obtained has a good prospective in industrial application.
