摘要
针对汽车设计中存在某些不确定因素和对某些认识不确定性因素的敏感度问题,采用偏好函数法,全面考虑设计中的不确定性因素,应用偏好函数法建立了汽车前轮定位参数的稳健设计模型。其中,对于随机不确定性因素应用经典稳健设计方法集成;对于认知不确定性因素,例如个体性能偏好、权重、折中系数等主观因素,应用区间法集成。设计结果表明,这种方法提高了汽车前轮定位参数设计的稳健性能。
There are some epistemic uncertainties in a classic robust vehicle design. Currently there are many methods to incorporate random uncertainty. Thus the design may be sensitive to some epistemic factors. In order to obtain a comprehensive robust design, a preference function is applied on the design of front wheel alignment parameters. The random uncertainty is incorporated using classical robust design method, and the epistemic uncertainties such as in individual preference, importance weight and trade-off coefficient, etc. are incorporated using range method. The optimum results show that the performance on front wheel alignment parameters is improved.
