摘要
制度管理一直是学校管理中最为重要、最为常用的方式,它起到了很多作用,但是,制度确实也有不少解决不了的问题,也会引起成员之间、群体与部门之间的冲突,由此影响学校的组织氛围,阻碍学校的发展。为此,本文采纳了狭义的与广义的两种冲突的定义,阐述制度管理冲突的形式,分析制度管理引起冲突的原因,倡导合作性冲突,反对竞争性冲突,以正确面对与处理制度管理而引起的冲突问题。
Institution management has always been the most important and common approach in school administration. Yet institution does have some problems which can not be solved. This essay adopts the two kinds of narrow and broad definitions, expounds the form of conflict, and analyzes its causes in support of collaborative conflict, but in opposition of competitive conflict.
