整体铜钨-铬青铜触头的立式烧结熔渗 被引量:13

摘要 采用立式烧结熔渗工艺制造了CuW-CrCu整体触头。结果表明,一次和二次烧结熔渗的CuW-CrCu结合面强度均大于手工钎焊的结合强度,二次烧结熔渗有利于铜钨头物理性能的提高,较高铬含量可提高铬铜部分的强度。新制作的整体触头可广泛应用于隔离开关、断路器、组合电器中的耐弧触头。 Abstract CuW CrCu integrated contact has been prepared by standing sintering infiltration. The results show that the joint strength of CuW CrCu by one time or two times of sintering infiltration is greater than that by welding connection. The physical properties of CuW contact can been improved by two times of sintering infiltration. With the increase in Cr content, the strength of CrCu conduct part is enhanced. The newly produced CuW CrCu integrated contact can be widely used in separator, breaker, GIS and so on.
