摘要
刑事被害人国家救助制度的建立不仅必要,而且可行。必须在救助对象和范围、救助的实质条件及其限制、救助资金的来源与管理、救助的标准、救助的程序、救助的监督等方面进行科学的设计。
Constructing economic aid mechanism to criminal crime victims is not only necessary but also feasible. We must devise a scientific mechanism from the following aspects, such as the assistance object and scope, the conditions and restrictions on assistance, the source and management of assistance funds, the standards, procedures and supervision of assistance, etc.
