摘要
快速提高新教师的教学水平,是学校和谐发展的重要保障,做好新教师的教学督导与评价工作,是高校教学督导工作的重要环节。通过对新教师入校的督导把关、岗前培训与上岗督导等方面的分析与探索,提出了提高新教师教学水平的教学督导方法与相应的建议。
Improving new teachers' teaching skill speedily is an important safeguard for harmonious development of a school. Supervising and evaluating new teachers' teaching skill is an important step for universities teaching superintend system. This article suggests how to develop the teaching superintend system on new teachers' teaching skill by controlling of induction training, implementing on-job training, following on-job superintend and so forth.
