浅议我国教师专业化视角下的师范教育转型 被引量:1

A Brief Analysis on the Pedagogical Education’s Transformation in the Perspective of Teacher Specialization in China

摘要 教师专业化是当今时代发展的产物,我国的师范教育转型为教师教育是教师专业化的需要。我国教师教育的发展体现在:构建开放多元型教师教育体系,实现师范性与学术性的新统一,开创培养教师新途径,推动中小学教师继续教育工程。因此,构建教师教育终身化体系要推进四个方面的发展。 Teacher specialization is the product of the development of the contemporary society. The normal education's transformation into the teacher education is indispensable for teacher specialization in China. The development of the teacher education in China can be seen from the following: (1)constructing the multiple and opened teacher education system (2) integrating the normal characteristic and academic characteristics; (3) encouraging the multiple approaches for the training System; (4) promoting the teachers' continuing education in primary and middle schools. Thus, we should promote the four aspects of development in teacher lifelong education system.
