Study of Press Forging Die Materials Optimization Expert System

压力机锻模具材料优化专家系统，就模具材料的选择进行优化推理而提出尽量合理的选材建议，并给出被选材料的技术资料。系统包括用户信息输入、材料优化推理、系统知识库管理、用户技术文件管理和系统管理等五大模块。系统用ＶｉｓｕａｌＦｏｘｐｒｏ３．０语言在中文Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５环境下开发，具有友好透明的用户界面，且运行快捷，使用维护方便。

Abstract The optimization expert system for press forging die materials is recommend to select die materials with requisite technique data through optimization inference. It consists of five models which include the input of user information, the optimization inference of materials selection, the technique documents management of user, the knowledge management of system and the management of system. The system is developed in windows environment by means of Visual Foxpro3.0. It also provides the friendly and transparent interfaces with the Chinese demonstration, fast operating capacity and convenient application.
