摘要
提出了一种新型的含铜奥氏体热作模具钢。该钢具有良好的高温强度、韧性和高温抗软化能力,特别适用于工作温度600℃左右的模具。利用光学金相和电子显微镜研究了该钢的微观组织、碳化物的分布状态和析出规律,以及铜元素对组织的影响机制和对钢强韧性的良好作用。
Abstract A new type of austenite hot working die steel added copper is presented in this paper. The steel is possessed of good performance and softening resistance at high temperature and is especially suitable to make hot working dies working above 600℃. The microstructure of the steel, distribution and precipitation characteristics of the carbides, the influence of element Cu on the struture and strong toughening of the steel were investigated by microscope and electron microscope.
