摘要 将相关文献进行归纳和整理,探讨新型抗癫药物拉莫三嗪、托吡酯、奥卡西平及左乙拉西坦在儿童难治性癫的多药治疗中药物间的相互作用、用法、用量和副作用。 The relative literature about drug interations,usage and adverse drug reactions of new antiepilepsy drugs,such as lamotrigine,topiramate,oxcarbazepine and levetiracetam used in pediatric refractory epilepsy are summarized and reviewed in this paper.
