摘要
后现代语境是由后现代主义哲学思潮中的各种异质话语相互激荡而成的,它提倡模糊性,注重可生成性,突显无序性,推崇主体间性,为教师角色的转换提供了时代契机。从"立法者"到"阐释者",从"知识灌输者"到"知识建构伙伴",从"道德说教者"到"心理咨询师",从"理性权威"到"平等中的首席",后现代语境下教师角色的转换势在必行。
The context of post-modernism formed through the conflicts among different discourses appearing in post-modernist philosophy.The context emphasizes ambiguity,creation,confusion,and inter-subjectivity,which provides an opportunity for the transformation of teachers' roles.In the context of post-modernism,the transformation of teachers' roles is inevitable,including the following modes: from"legislators" to"elucidators","teachers presenting knowledge" to"partners in constructing new knowledge system","morality preacher" to"psychological consultant",and "rational authority" to"chief of the delegates in equality".
