摘要
我国民办高校走过艰难曲折的发展道路。随着高等教育改革的不断深化,民办高校发展面临更加严峻的挑战。民办高校最大的困难在于教师的高流动率,教师的这种流动不仅影响成本和效益,更重要的是对学科、专业建设及民办高校长远发展产生不良影响。保持民办高校教师队伍的稳定,实现民办高校的可持续健康发展,是民办高校当务之急。
Private colleges experienced a difficult and tortuous development.With the deepening reform of higher education,private colleges are facing more and more severe challenges.Among them,the high mobility of talents is the most difficult one.It affects not only the cost and benefits,but also the long-term development of the discipline,specialty construction and the private universities.The most important issue calls for our urgent solutions in private colleges if we maintain teachers' stability and achieve a sustainable and healthy development.
