高职高专工学结合模式新探——基于物流专业的分析

A New Exploration on Cultivating Pattern of "Combining Learning with Working" in Higher Vocational Colleges:Based on the analysis of Logistics Major

作为高技能人才培养的一种重要模式,工学结合在取得一定成绩的同时也存在诸多问题。基于物流专业的分析表明,工学结合在实践过程中存在师生认识模糊、学校实施不力和企业支持不到位等不足。创新工学结合的模式,应以合作各方的互利互惠为基础,在学校与企业之间建立起战略合作的伙伴关系,通过全方位的深度合作实现学校与企业的双赢。

As an important cultivating pattern,＂combining learning with working＂ has made some achievements,but there are still some disadvantages,such as indistinct understanding of the pattern among teachers and students,improper practice of the colleges and inappropriate support from the enterprises.To achieve the innovated ＂combining learning with working＂ pattern and to achieve the win-win goal,a strategic cooperative relationship between the colleges and the enterprises should be established based on the reciprocity and mutual benefit among all the cooperative parties.
