摘要
从"双师型"的概念入手,分析了高职院校"双师型"教师培养的现状及问题,提出了加强高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的建议。
In this paper,the connotation of "muti-skilled" teacher is defined.The paper also analyzes the status and problems of teachers training,and proposes several suggestions on multi-skilled teachers training.
