On the Law Culture As "Procdure":Taking Professor Liang Zhiping's Research As the Study Objects

如果将梁治平法律文化类型研究的学术实践作为一个不断演进的过程,以一种认识过程论的视角予以解读,力求历史地、客观地加以审视,我们便会发现,在促成这一研究模式形成的过程中,诸如国外文化人类学、哲学阐释学、历史学等相关学科在当时分别为法律文化类型学提供了可资利用的理论资源;就个人学术史的角度而言,我们可以细致地了解到梁治平在一段相对独立的研究阶段中学术思想发展演变的过程;而从学科发展的层面来说,我们能够通过这一极好的"实例"真切地感受到,在现代学科分工体制下,法学如何"受惠"于相关人文及社会科学学科。

If we regard Zhiping Liang's academic practice of typology of legal culture as a constant course from the visual angle of epistemology,and strives to make the examination objectively.By probing into it,we will find,during the process of facilitating this research mode to form,the relevant disciplines such as foreign cultural anthropology,explanatory philosophy,history etc.all offered some theory resources for typology of legal culture respectively at that time.And as regards the personal academic history,we can know carefully the evolution of Zhiping Liang's academic ideology at a section of relatively independent research stage.On the other hand,we can realize the dynamic relation between the science of law and other relevant disciplines by the good 'instance'.
