依达拉奉治疗急性重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察依达拉奉治疗急性重型颅脑损伤的临床疗效。方法 80例急性重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组在急性脑损伤常规治疗的基础上,给予依达拉奉注射液30 mg,加入生理盐水注射液100 mL中静脉输注,每日2次,疗程14 d。两组患者伤后3个月根据格拉哥昏迷(GCS)评分评估疗效。结果治疗组脑水肿改善总有效率为77.5%,对照组为57.5%,预后改善治疗组也优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验期间两组并发症无增加。结论依达拉奉对治疗急性重型颅脑损伤患者有一定的疗效。
