补阳还五汤合六味地黄汤对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织bFGF表达的影响

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on Expression of bFGF in Focal Cerebral Ischemic Tissue in Rats

目的观察补阳还五汤合六味地黄汤对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达的影响及反方是否有协同作用。方法采用改良Haruo Nagasawa法复制老龄大鼠脑缺血模型,随机分为补阳还五汤合六味地黄汤组(即健脑通络汤组)、六味地黄汤组、补阳还五汤组、模型组、假手术组,观察各组术后24 h、72 h、7 d后脑组织bFGF的表达。结果六味地黄汤和补阳还五汤合用能协同提高急性持续脑缺血大鼠bFGF的表达,其作用优于单用,其中单用补阳还五汤优于单用六味地黄汤。结论通过诱导内源性bFGF的表达,可能是健脑通络汤进行脑保护的机制,补阳还五汤与六味地黄汤合用优于单用补阳还五汤。

Objective To study the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction（BHD） with Liuwei Dihuang decoction（LDD） on the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor（bFGF）in focal cerebral ischemic tissue in rats.Methods Aged-rat cerebral ischemia models were duplicated by improved Haruo Nagasawa method and all rats were randomly divided into BHD and LDD group,BHD group,LDD group,model group and sham operation group.The expression of bFGF in ischemic brain tissue at 24 hours,72 hours and 7 days after operation were observed.Results BHD and LDD could increase the total number of bFGF positive cells of acute permanent cerebral ischemia in rats and enhance the cell expression.BHD and LDD were more effective than that of BHD or LDD alone,and BHD was more effective than that of LDD.Conclusion BHD and LDD were more effective than that of BHD or LDD alone to improve the expression of bFGF in focal cerebral ischemic tissue in rats.The induction of endogenous bFGF of BHD and LDD might be the mechanism of its cerebral protection.
