摘要 人才培养过程本质上是专业、人才、社会三方需求的叠加过程。建立校企合作耦合模式,高校与企业在教育理念与文化引领、平台搭建与实践教学、师资队伍与制度建设等方面都逐步耦合,建立了教育共同体,提高了大学生的创新应用能力,实现了高校、学生、企业与社会的互动、共鸣、共兴与共荣。 To train a qualified person is essentially a process which adds the needs of student’s major, the student and the society. To build the coupling model of school-enterprise cooperation, the university and enterprise gradually establish a good relationship in the following aspects: the educational philosophy and culture leading, platform making and practice teaching, teaching staff and institution building as well as curriculum development. In this way, an educational community is established, which improves the students’ innovative competence, and at the same time achieve an interactive and prosperous relationship among the university, college students, businesses and the society.
