美国高校学评教制度的特色及启示——以密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校的实践为样本 被引量:8

摘要 学生评教已成为美国高校内部质量保障的重要手段,其学评教的规范性、评价指标的科学性值得关注。文章以美国密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校为例,简要介绍其学评教政策及特色。该校学评教具有明确的评教目的、合理的评教指标及严格规范的程序等特点,其评教中注重对学生"学"的效果评价及对教师完整的教学环节评价,对我国高校学评教有着启示作用。 Course evaluation has become important means to ensure teaching quality of American higher education,and its normative and scientific evaluation index is worthy of concern.Taking Missouri-Columbia University as an example,the writer briefly introduces policies and characteristics of the course evaluation.The course evaluation in this university has not only clear teaching assessment purposes and reasonable norm but also strict procedures.In this university, both students’ leaning effectiveness and the complete teaching procedures are evaluated throughout the course evaluation,and its practice has some enlightenment for the course evaluation of Chinese universities.
