基于Schiff碱结构的长波长Cu^(2+)荧光探针的合成及性能

摘要 合成了一种以BODIPY染料为荧光团,Schiff碱结构为识别体的长波长Cu2+荧光猝灭探针。在pH=7.36的缓冲溶液中,当Cu2+浓度达到0.5×10-4mol/L时,探针在最大发射波长为775 nm处的荧光强度减弱40%以上,且识别作用不受其它金属离子干扰。Cu2+浓度在(0.7-3.0)×10-6mol/L范围内,探针的荧光强度与Cu2+浓度有较好的线性关系,可以定量检测中性水溶液中的Cu2+含量。 Applying BODIPY dye as fluorescent core,a novel long-wavelength fluorescent quenching probe for Cu2+ with Schiff Base group as adaptor has been synthesized.In buffer solution(pH=7.36),when the concentration of Cu2+ reached 0.5×10-4mol/L,the fluorescent intensity of the probe decreased by 40%(λemiss(max)=775nm).In addition,other metal ions didn′t interfere with the probe′s recognition of Cu2+.When the concentrations of Cu2+ were in the range of(0.7-3.0)×10-6mol/L,the fluorescent intensity of the probe is well linear to the concentrations of Cu2+,thus the probe is suitable to detect Cu2+ quantitively in neutral aqueous solution.
