摘要
介绍了基于可编程复杂逻辑器件(CPLD)技术的耐压测试仪的设计方案。该测试系统用于对电磁线绕制的产品进行绝缘耐压测试,测试波形数据通过CPLD和高速A/D转换器件进行采集转换,并交由CPU对数据进行处理。该设备可对单一产品测试和生产线上的流水检测,准确、可靠,可广泛用于电器设备制造业等各类耐压测试场合。
This article mainly introduces the design of withstanding voltage tester based on CPLD technology.The system is used for dielectric voltage withstanding testing of magnetic wire products.The CPLD and A/D converter are applied in this system to collect and convert waveform data,and deal with the data via CPU.The device can test single products and be used in pipeline detection with high reliability,and this can be widely used in all kinds of withstand voltage test situation,such as electric power,etc.
