摘要
主要介绍了蒲阳河渠道倒虹吸管身混凝土结构设计、混凝土配合比优化、施工瞬态温度场仿真模拟、混凝土原材料选择、浇筑工艺试验、温度测量与控制及养护等,采用综合控温防裂技术措施,解决了倒虹吸管身混凝土裂缝问题,为类似工程提供了有益经验。
This paper mainly introducesd the Puyang River channel inverted siphon concrete in structural design, concrete mix optimization, simulation of transient temperature field construction, concrete, and material selection, casting technology test, temperature measurement and control, and maintenance, and so on, Then integrated temperature control crack technical measures to address the inverted siphon concrete crack problem, provide useful experience in similar projects.
