张家口市水资源合理开发利用对策

Countermeasures of the Reasonable Development and Utilization on Water Resources at Zhangjiakou Municiality

张家口市位于河北省西北部，自然条件恶劣，生态环境脆弱，经济欠发达。干旱、少雨、水资源稀缺是制约当地经济社会发展的主要瓶颈。近年来随着经济社会的快速发展和人口增长以及自然条件的变化，张家口市水资源供需矛盾日益突显。从现状流域用水，行业用水效率角度，对现状供用水情况和面临的水资源短缺形势进行客观评价。以发展节水农业为突破口，提出破解未来缺水途径的对策。

Zhangjiakou city Locates in the North-west of Hebei Province with a execrable natural condition, bad eco-environment and less-developed economy. In recently, the conflict between water supply and water demand has become more and more highlight with social and economy fast development and population increasing. This paper anatomized the characters of water resources in this region, an objective assessment about current water supply and water consumption was given from the point of water consumption in water-basin level as well as water use efficiency currently. Developing water saving in agriculture as a breakthrough to solve water shortage in future was suggested.
