后张法预应力空心板桥梁施工技术

摘要 介绍了滏阳河中游洼地滞洪区安新线滏阳河大桥、滏阳新河大桥、滏东排河大桥后张法预应力先简支后连续空心板梁施工时,施工场地布置、制梁以及移梁施工过程中的技术措施。包括组织措施、技术措施、经济措施等。科学的安排施工顺序,做到先地下后地上,先“三通一平”后施工;采用机械化施工方法和提高装配化程度;应采用科学的网络计划方法,确定最合理的施工组织,以便工序之间相互创造有利条件,扩大工作面,加快施工进度;保证进度能实现的有效措施。 It gives a brief introduction to the technological measures used in the process of construction site layoqt, plate making and removing when constructing the Bridge of Fuyang River, the New Bridge of Fuyang River and the Bridge of Fudongpai River which are all built in Anxin circuit located in the middle reach of Fuyang River district of flood detention. The constructing measures included organization measures, technological measures and economical measures. Organizing the construction process scientifically by first underground and then overground and by constructing after three supplies and one leveling (supply of water, electricity and road and leveled ground). It Adopt mechanized construction methods,and fix the most rational construction arrangement by using the scientific method of planning based on computer network, thus create a favorable condition for the coordination of different working procedures. For extending the working scope and accelerating the speed of construction, it used an effective method to make sure of realizing progress.
