胆囊息肉手术67例临床研究

Clinical research of the 67 gallbladder polyps cases treated with operation

目的:探讨胆囊息肉手术的适应证、方法及疗效。方法:对笔者所在医院收治的67例胆囊息肉患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:对不同类型胆囊息肉患者采用了不同的手术方法,术后未发现息肉残留、感染及胆漏等并发症,患者无不适,症状消失,B超检查未发现复发的息肉。结论:术前准确判断胆囊息肉的性质,对情况不同的胆囊息肉病变采取对应的手术方法,是手术成功的关键。

Objective：To investigate the gallbladder polyp surgery indications,methods and efficacy.Methods：Clinical data of 67 gallbladder polyps cases which were admitted to the author＇s hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The different types of gallbladder polyps cases used different surgical methods,postoperative residue polyps,infection and bile leakage and other complications were not found,the patients felt no discomfort,the symptoms all disappeared,there were no recurrence of polyps in the B ultrasonic examination.Conclusion：Preoperatively and accurately determine the nature of gallbladder polyps,different gallbladder polyps of the situation are treated with the corresponding surgical way,is the key to successful operation.
