HPLC法测定草香胃康胶囊中阿魏酸的含量

The determination of ferulic acid in Caoxiang Weikang Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立草香胃康胶囊中阿魏酸的HPLC测定方法。方法:采用AgilentTC-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.3%冰醋酸(35:65),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为320nm,柱温为25℃。结果:阿魏酸在0.023～0.460μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.82%,RSD为1.53%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为检测草香胃康胶囊中阿魏酸的有效方法。

Objective：To establish the method of determination of ferulic acid in Caoxiang Weikang Capsules by HPLC.Methods：HPLC analysis was carried out using gilent TC-C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was methanol-0.3%acetic acid（35：65）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Detected wavelength was set at 320 nm,column tempera ture was 25℃.Results：The ferulic acid was determined in the range of 0.023-0.460 μg（r=0.999 9）,the average recovery was 98.82%,RSD was 1.53%.Conclusion：The methods is rapid and accurate with good reproducibility which is used for the quality of control of ferulic acid in Caoxiang Weikang Capsules.
