HPLC法测定津源胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of Berberine hydrochloride in JinYuan Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立津源胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充柱,以乙腈-磷酸二氢铵溶液(30:70)为流动相,检测波长为265nm。结果:线性范围为0.2～1.0μg(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为99.16%(RSD=1.2%,n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于测定津源胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量。

Objective：To establish a method for determination of Berberine hydrochloride in JinYuan Capsules.Methods：HPLC analysis was carried out using ODS column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-ammonium dihydrogen phos phate（30：70）.Detected wavelength was set at 265 nm.Results：The linearity was determined in the range of 0.2～1.0 μg with correlation coefficient（r） of 0.999 9.The average recovery was 99.16%（RSD=1.2%,n=6）.Conclusion：The overall analytical procedure is rapid and accurate with good reproducibility which is used for the quality of control of Berberine hy drochloride in JinYuan Capsules.
