随着我国医院体制改革的逐渐深入,医院体系不断走向成熟,其党组织建设工作越来越受社会关注。笔者认为,在当前社会转型的重要历史时期,医院文化建设工作也面临着巨大的挑战。本文从新时期医院面临的问题和挑战着手,探讨了党组织建设在医院文化建设中的作用。

With the gradual in-depth restructuring of hospital,hospital system continued to mature,the Party organizations building work has drawn increasing attention in society.We believe that in the current important historical period of social transition,the hospital culture construction is facing enormous challenges.This article started from the new problems and challenges the hospital is facing.Author explored the role of Party organizations building in the culture construction of hospital.
