摘要
目的:探讨补锌对儿童病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:门诊诊断病毒性肠炎患儿165例,年龄10个月～3岁,将其随机分为两组,治疗组85例,对照组80例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加锌每日10mg,口服。结果:治疗组较对照组病程明显缩短,恶化率明显降低。结论:补锌对儿童病毒性肠炎有明显疗效。
Objective：To investigate clinical effect of zinc supplementation in children with viral enteritis.Methods：165 cases with viral enteritis in children at outpatient diagnostic,aged ten months to three years old,were randomly divided in to two groups,treatment group 85 cases,control group 80 cases,children in treatment group got conventional treatment plus 10 mg of zinc daily orally.Results：The duration of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,deteriorated significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion：Zinc supplementation in children with viral enteritis have significant effect.
