经皮冠脉介入治疗对左心室收缩功能正常的不稳定型心绞痛患者BNP水平的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨左心室收缩功能正常的不稳定型心绞痛患者脑钠素(BNP)水平与冠状动脉病变受累范围及经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)的关系。方法 103例超声心动图证实左心室收缩功能正常且行介入治疗的不稳定型心绞痛患者,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为单支病变组(n=23)、双支病变(n=43)和三支病变组(n=37)。所有患者分别于PCI术前、术后3d和术后30d检测血清BNP水平。结果 PCI术前3组BNP水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3dBNP平均水平与术前相比显著升高(P<0.03);术后30dBNP平均水平较术前及术后3d均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 BNP的增高与冠状动脉病变支数密切相关,可作为反映冠心病的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels and extent of ischemia in patients with unstable angina pectoris and normal left ventricular function,and the response to percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods One hundred and three patients with unstable angina pectoris and normal left ventricular function(identified by echocardiography)underwent PCI were divided into three groups according to the results of coronary angiography:one vessel pathological change group(n=23),two vessels group(n=43),and three vessels group(n=37).The BNP levels were detected at baseline,3 days and 90 days after PCI.Results There were significant differences in the BNP levels before PCI among the three groups(P〈0.05);3d after PCI the BNP levels were significantly increased,as compared with those before PCI P〈0.05),however,30d after PCI the BNP levels were significantly decreased,as compared with those before PCI(P〈0.05).Conclusion The increase of BNP levels is closely related with vessel number of pathological change in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),which can be used as an important index in CHD.
