摘要
目的研究结直肠腺瘤癌变转化过程中Plk1和P53表达及二者关系。方法采用免疫组织化学MaxVisionTM法检测45份结直肠腺瘤癌变标本中Plk1蛋白和P53蛋白在腺瘤癌变区、重度异型增生区及轻度异型增生区的表达。结果 45例结直肠腺瘤癌变标本中Plk1、P53蛋白在腺瘤癌变区、重度异型增生区及轻度异型增生区的表达分别为77.8%和71.1%,60.0%和64.4%,13.3%和17.8%,癌变和重度异型增生的PlK1和P53阴性表达率与对照组和轻度异型增生比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在癌变区Plk1和P53蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.603,P<0.01)。结论 Plk1和P53共同参与了结直肠腺瘤癌变的转化过程且关系密切。
Objective To observe the expression of Plk1 and P53 in colorectal adenomas cancerous conversion process and their relationship.Methods The expression of Plk1 and P53 was detected in adenoma cancerous area of 45 cases of colorectal adenomas and tumor cancerous tissue,and in severe atypical hyperplasia area and mild atypical hyperplasia area by MaxVisionTM immunohistochemical method.Results In the adenoma cancerous area,severe atypical hyperplasia area and mild atypical hyperplasia area,the expression rates of Plk1 and P53 were 77.8% and 71.1%,66.7% and 64.4%,13.3% and 17.8% respectively.There were significant differences in the negative expression rate of PlK1t and P53 in adenoma cancerous as well as severe atypical hyperplasia and control group as well as mild atypical hyperplasia(P〈0.01).The expression of Plk1 was positively correlated with that of P53 in tumor cancerous area(P〈0.01).Conclusion Plk1 and P53 are involved in colorectal adenomas cancerous transformation process,which suggests that P53 is a target of Plk1.
