几株纤维素分解菌对统糠的混合发酵研究 被引量:5

摘要 本试验以统糠为主要发酵对象,利用微生物发酵原理,通过全纤维素粉-Mandels氏营养盐琼脂双层平板培养基的筛选,得到了8株能有效分解纤维素的菌株,并对其和啤酒酵母等进行了颉颃实验,得到四种菌株的组合,并进行了以培养基、菌种比例和含水量三因素三个水平的L9(33)的正交试验,最终获得了一组固体发酵的最佳条件组合为:最佳培养基的组成为玉米粉21%,统糠65%,棉粕10%,白糖,尿素,食盐,麦饭石各1%,菌种比例为菌种1(A):菌种2(B):菌种3(C):啤酒酵母=3∶1∶1∶3,含水量为55%,接种量为8%,发酵温度为28℃,发酵时间为8d。混合菌发酵培养基中的粗纤维下降明显(P<0.05),下降最大程度达到了11.64%。真蛋白的含量显著提高(P<0.05),达到11.52%。通过发酵提高了统糠的粗蛋白的数量和品质,降低了粗纤维的含量,同时改善了饲料的适口性。 Eight decomposition of cellulose had been obtained by cellulose powder nutrient-Mandels's double-layer agar plate of the filter medium on rice bran effectively.Antagonist experiments were done using four strains and brewer's yeast.L9(33) orthogonal test was done by combining the culture medium,mildew and moisture as factors,finally a group of solid-state fermentation best combination of conditions was found: 21% of corn meal,rice bran 65%,10% cottonseed meal,1% sugar,1%urea,1%salt,1% fluorspar,respectively.Strain ratio was A∶B∶ C∶ Yeast = 3∶1∶ 1∶3,moisture was 55%,inoculum was 8%,and fermentation temperature was 28 ℃,fermentation time was 8d.Crude fiber droppded obviously(P 0.05,11.64%) in the mix fungus fermentation medium.The real protein content was increased(P 0.05,11.52%) remarkablely.The quantity and quality of crude protein was increased,crude fiber content was decreased,the palatability of feed was improved.
