放电等离子体臭氧发生技术研究现状与进展 被引量:14

摘要 介绍了国内外放电等离子体臭氧发生技术的研究进展,主要包括原料气体、电极形式、介电体材料、放电形式和电源的研究。指出了在主要原料气体中添加经济实惠、无毒无害、少量甚至微量气体的研究是臭氧产生原料气体的研究方向,同时,低能耗、高浓度、大产量的臭氧发生技术是臭氧发生器的发展趋势。 The development of plasma discharge synthesis technology of ozone at home and abroad has been introduced in this paper.It focuses on the electrode type,primary gas,dielectric material and discharge type.It indicates that the researching tendency of raw gas is the study on mixtures of oxygen or air with tiny addition,which is innocuous and economic,as well as the developing tendency of ozone generator is the energy-saving technology producing high concentration and yield ozone.
