天生桥换流站直流滤波电容器近年来频繁损坏的原因分析及改造措施 被引量:11

摘要 根据天生桥换流站直流滤波电容器近年来频繁损坏的情况,通过对故障直流滤波电容器的解剖,深入分析了直流滤波电容器近年来频繁损坏的原因。提出了两种改造措施:一是用单只或几只国产电容器与原进口电容器搭配使用的方案;二是对现有的直流滤波电容器进行整组改造。第1种方案从成本和经济实用性来讲优于第2种方案,并且已经在天生桥换流站成功应用。长期以来直流滤波电容器一直依赖于进口产品,笔者依托于天生桥换流站,用单只或几只国产电容器与进口电容器搭配使用是一种新的尝试,解决了进口直流滤波电容器无替换品的难题,摒弃了对进口电容器的依赖,同时为国产直流滤波电容器积累了一定的运行经验,为换流站直流滤波电容器备品供给提供了一条便捷渠道。 DC filter capacitors often damage in recent years in Tianshengqiao con verter station.Some of the damaged capacitors were analyzed via disassembly in this study,consequently two countermeasures against the frequent damage were proposed.In the first measure,one or several original imported DC filter capacitors are replaced with the capacitors made in China;and in the second measure,the whole DC filter capacitors set is reformed.The first measure is superior to the second one in cost and applicability,and has been taken successfully in Tianshengqiao converter station.In China,DC filter capacitors in converter stations have long been depending on imported ones.Substituting single or some China-made DC filter capacitors for the imported ones in Tianshengqiao converter station is an attempt,and the dependence on these imported capacitors is abandoned.In addition,this study may benefit the application of the China-made DC filter capacitors in converter station of HVDC transmission projects.
